Our Approach
How We Build Our Product Portfolio
Evodine assesses each product opportunity against a consistent set of dimensions before it becomes part of the portfolio.
01
Consumer relevance
Does the product respond to a genuine, recurring everyday need rather than a passing trend?
02
Product potential
Can the product be improved, differentiated or presented more clearly than existing alternatives?
03
Supplier and sourcing considerations
Are there manufacturers or suppliers able to support consistent quality, documentation and reliable supply?
04
Market opportunity
Is there durable demand in the markets Evodine is being built to serve, and is the category understandable to customers?
05
Brand potential
Could the product support a distinct brand over time, rather than only a single listing?
06
Customer experience
Can the product be presented, delivered and supported in a way that meets clear customer expectations?
07
Logistics and fulfillment
Are appropriate shipping, storage and fulfillment arrangements realistic for the product and its intended markets?
Deliberate selection
Not every opportunity becomes part of the portfolio.
Many products can be sold. Fewer are worth building a company around. Evodine reviews opportunities knowing that most will be set aside — because the sourcing is not dependable enough, the customer benefit is unclear, the logistics do not work for the intended markets, or the product could not support a brand over time.
This selectivity is intentional. It keeps the portfolio coherent, keeps quality expectations consistent, and keeps our supplier conversations focused on the categories we actually intend to commercialize.
